Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Yep, but as Associate Creative Director 1 mentioned, so little good work is produced these days. It’s mostly cheap, conceptually weak social stuff.
I worry about this but frankly have felt in FT roles producing work isn’t really that exciting these days. Clients just cranking out muck
Up until last year, I hadn’t updated my site since 2016 and was still consistently booked. I did have newer work to show if requested, but I never had to. As long as the work you do have is relevant and looks good, you’ll be fine.

Yes! There are freelancers that make tons of work, TVC and good stuff. Not gonna lie I’m super jelly and their books are great to start with, but I’m determined to fall into one of those gigs this year or I’ll need to get a FT job lol. Also I made one of my best book pieces freelancing but that was 2 years ago so I guess there is hope?
