Changing roles to consulting with weekly travel. Preference on Hotel chains (Hilton v Marriott v Other) and Airlines? Home city is Chicago.

Trying to decide whether to stay Marriott or Hilton for January. Hilton near client is nicer but Marriott has always been my go to and want to keep status for 2020. Do 🐠 prefer Hilton or Marriott?

If Hilton is only showing me cash rates (even after asking for points) does that mean the hotels are blackedout?
