I want to join Eli lilly and at the same time I am not satisfied with the base they are offering as I will be promoted in my current company in 6 months where I will get a hike of 30-35%. I’ve been texting this guy back and forth for a few weeks now. I enjoy texting him but the conversation moves so slowly. I will respond back to him within a few hours and he takes a day and sometimes two to respond back.
