Anyone’s con Ed bill extraordinarily high this month? Mine is ~$400. I’ve gotten mail notice from con Ed needing to install a “smart meter” and for every month missed it’s a $100 fee. But I think they’re waiving the fees. It’s so damn confusing to read if the high bill is due to missing the smart meter installation or energy usage.

My interview with Microsoft for SE2 was scheduled and cancelled a day before. Neither I received any email regarding cancellation nor the recruiter informed me. Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?

I have an MHA and 4 years of management experience. I’m currently a manager, but seeking a director level position. Any advice for trying to temper my expectations? I feel like all director level positions have 5 years in the posting, but a lot of my peers with the same experience are already in director level positions. Are they just lucky? Am I jumping the gun? Do I just need to stick it out?

Hey all - I have to head to a Smartsheet conference in September in Seattle at the convention centre. I’m planning to explore a few days before (Thursday to Sunday), before it starts Monday. Me- umm , they get some commission from on cc partners, they get user data which they can use for there analysis and offer them customised products in future.

Interviewer - no no not that

Me - ok yeah they have a shop section also. They get paid for on boarding different vendors on their platform. Continued
