Have interviewed many times with Amazon, reaching the later stages quite a few times. However, I personally feel that since they only stick to the Leadership principles format AND the loop interviewers are also almost always from a completely different background, talking to them to explain your work is generally a huge hassle and turns out to be extremely uninteresting. Interviewed on 09-July-2022 ,for python developer ,didn't received any mail regarding documents upload ,it's means i am rejected? In ibegin portal showing "evaluation in progress".
And today morning i got call from HR for scheduling interview for python developer. I don't what to say. I told her ,i will let you know by evening.

Question about the path to product mgmt roles: after two years of Big 4 tech consulting (one marquee client in several roles with primarily Product Owner-like responsibilities), should I be applying to Assoc. Prod Manager positions or Prod Manager? Looking at job descriptions, PM roles seem to look for 5+ YOE, but I am worried that APM positions are more of a lateral move.
