Have interviewed many times with Amazon, reaching the later stages quite a few times. However, I personally feel that since they only stick to the Leadership principles format AND the loop interviewers are also almost always from a completely different background, talking to them to explain your work is generally a huge hassle and turns out to be extremely uninteresting. They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?
