Have interviewed many times with Amazon, reaching the later stages quite a few times. However, I personally feel that since they only stick to the Leadership principles format AND the loop interviewers are also almost always from a completely different background, talking to them to explain your work is generally a huge hassle and turns out to be extremely uninteresting. Interviewed on 12th August , got selection mail 2 days later asking to upload docs. The HR discussion has happened on 27th august and same day I did also receive CTC breakup(acknowledged same day).
Recently on 15th September , status in ibegin changed from evaluation in progress to evaluated

Hi, anyone who attended interviews for Scaled abuse analyst at Google/Youtube in recent times?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Interviewing for a CSM role. Need to present a mock case study to customers. Gist of it is that the customer is advertising with us, doing well, but also doing well advertising with another company. Im assuming the presentation should consist of a performance review, why they should stay with us, and upsell potential. I’ve never done anything like this.

Hi, need a help. I got into good company with a good pay(150%) hike. My tech stack is Java, Spring, Microservices. I am very good and can work very well in them. Now in this new company, I was put into Android development. I am now worried that my knowledge and exp from 2 years will be wasted.
