All of you Amazon folks, how long did the interview process take?

I had a call with the recruiter for the position I applied for and they said they'd setup a time for me to interview with the hiring manager. That was about 2 weeks ago that we had the initial convo and they haven't reached back out.

Am I ghosted???

Or is this just a normal amount of time?

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. Moved to in-house mktg manager, only to be a glorified graphic designer / someone to call the city to cut down trees. I job hopped too much, I feel my portfolio is empty. How do I restart again? I feel defeated.

I have interviewed for Decisioning scientist role at NatWest. It has been 2 weeks but I have not heard anything from them, HR said that she has not received feedback yet. How long does the process generally takes. Also how much I should expect, I am currently earning 22 LPA fixed

Have 4.2yrs exp in Analytics(SQL/python/tableau)
I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

I need a change so badly I’m on the verge of tears almost every day. I’ve invested so much preparing for this career. I know I have so much talent that’s not being utilized. I feel stifled and stuck.
