Assistance needed! My company runs a weekly newsletter with healthy audience affinity. We want to set up an affiliate program like Marketing Brew - but MailChimp doesn’t seem to like that. Do any of you have experience in MailChimp affiliate programs?

Looking for some UGC gigs. I can do unboxing and demos. Rates start at $100 for a video, and $20 per photo. which is significantly lower than others in the market. Just trying to get more content creation under my belt. I specialize in social media as a director in a marketing agency, so I know what will perform. Any good recruiters in the Product / Program / Project management space in Dubai? Active on LinkedIn but aware many smaller companies don’t post there due to the costs. Adecco has been recommended and roles look the right fit.

I have started my career in backend web development. (NodeJS)
It's been one year.
So far I like what I'm doing.
However I hear so many stories of how people in cloud , ML or data science earn huge packages.
So, to survive or earn well, should I consider switching to any of these ?
If possible could you help me with what to learn and any resources for that ?

So… 3.5 year relationship came crashing in Jan due to covid depression, work burn out, lockdown etc. We have stayed in contact and recently he has come around to apologizing and considering getting back together. However he also revealed he started seeing someone casually 4 weeks ago and technically is cheating on her by meeting me for coffee and to discuss this. I’m upset that he’s dating others but shouldn’t be right? I mean, I did the same. Still hurts though. And I told him to sort that out
