Citius Tech. I asked for 30LPA. HR said it's not at all a problem.
Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

Yesterday the HR replied that they can't match my expectation and thanks for applying.

I have started working in Sutherland in December 2021 for a different profile other than my previous experience. And to be true i am not enjoying this role. So recently i got offer from SAS for the same profile as I had before Sutherland. I cleared all the rounds with 70% hike.
Now I am worried how do I put down my papers? As i am still in training can I ask for immediate release? How do i put down things in Sutherland? Do i have to face any consequences?

I am a vehicle test engineer, with over 9 years of experience. Have worked in various roles, like consumer research and development of new vehicle and engines. I have also some international experience in competitor benchmarking and evaluating future scope. I am at a saturation point in my domain. I have been thinking of trying to get into manufacturing consulting. What do you think are my odds and what courses can I do to bring that change? An MBA?

I have usually seen people taking sick leaves when workload is more and there is more responsibility coming in team. But I always hesitate to ask for leaves, I feel I'm doing something wrong. At the same time I'm exhausted with work and feel like I should be taking 1-2 leaves per month. Even in new organization it's been 4 months, I have not taken even a single leave.

How to deal with these thoughts? It looks like job is taking control over my mind and health.

Just curious to know whether one can fake an offer letter for counter CTC ?

1. Start investing in open source and build a profile, find freelance jobs on upwork/Fiverr
Or
2. Start giving interviews in remote jobs. FYI I'm terrible at interviews and spoken communications.

Please provide your inputs. I want to work remote with good pay.
