Any Grant Thornton people? For the advisory practice, what role/level would I need to be hired into for a salary of around $160k? Is that more typical for Sr Manager or does Manager comp go that high?

How has leveraging an offer from another firm for a pay increase at your current firm worked out for FB? I like working at GT, but the offer is a 30% increase plus 5% signing bonus. Hard to pass up.
