Any book recommendations for learning about investing smart in your 20s?

Why do I hear so much about consulting folks never using all their PTO (or even half of it sometimes). Do you guys not like to travel? Do you value work that much?

Is there a secret code word to use when wanting to strike up a conversation with someone you suspect to be a fellow consultant e.g. at an airport?

I feel stuck as a Strategy Manager and want to make a career pivot at 35. But have no idea what i should do?
