What is the expectation at your firms about coming into work after making your billable hours requirement? Asking especially for those who do not get a bonus per extra hour billed over the minimum.

What kind of structures do everyone have for origination? Our practice is expanding to plaintiffs personal injury and exploring different benefits programs for attorneys who bring their own cases. So far we’re thinking a points system towards bonuses, but unsure.

Per SHRM, I was just curious if any HR Professionals completely removed the following fields: social security number, recommend salary, graduation dates, military discharge info, race, maiden name like (Ms. Mrs. Ms), & criminal history questions. My friend was hired for the management consulting team in one of the big 4 for a new service line that was incorporated this year. He joined in April 2021. Since then he has been put on bench with no actual projects. Only training and few support projects without any actual hours.
