Moving from Deloitte to BCG soon. What can I expect as major challenges/differences when transitioning from big 4 to MBB?

I’m a manager in PwC’s human capital practice. I’m getting recruiting messages from the other Big 4, as I imagine most of us are. I’m interested in hearing about human capital consultants who went from PwC to one of the other firms, as well as people who came from one of the other firms to PwC. Hello everyone. I will be transitioning from the Navy soon and want to work in the cybersecurity field. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

I been trying to get into the cloud administrator side of tech for about a year. I have two Azure certifications (Azure fundamental and Azure Administrator) but I haven’t had any luck with entry level positions. Every position is requiring a year or more of experience. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to increase my chances for a position?

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I lived in VA for 8 months of 2019 and then moved to DC for the last 4 months. I got a federal and state refund from VA, but now owe DC “state” taxes because apparently they were not taken out of my paycheck.
