What is the severance if you get fired as a Senior Associate in PwC Advisory?

When I left pwc, I was rated a 4 and put on PIP. I moved to Deloitte advisory because I needed out of Audit. I wasn’t fired or let go. I️ put in a two notice.

I referred two friends to PwC and both got an offer. (first got the Dir and Second Sr). I got laid off two weeks ago. Is there any way I can collect the referral money?

PwC 🐠: Be careful trying to switch competencies. A colleague of mine tried to move and got laid off in the process. Make sure you have the Partners approval first. (On the receiving end)
