It’s interesting how the big 3 (D, PwC,EY) all reported huge increase in revenue but laid off employees and offered only 2-5% increase for promotion. 😟

KPMG is taking the PWC approach to audit layoffs. Low performers will be separated rather than defining a RIF, but we all know it’s a lay-off by another name.
