What's the max vacation hours you can accrue as a manager at any point in time at PwC?

So help me understand this plzplz. If I leave PwC and have 80 hours of vacation, Ill get paid out two weeks of pay, but it'll be taxed differently?

What's the deal with PwC firm holiday around Christmas? Why does my talent link schedule have vacation days booked automatically? Am I forced to use vacation hours for this?

Got my PwC severance package today deposited...much larger than I calculated...I know I had s lot of accrued vacation but it was deposited in two oddly large amounts
