I have got the final int. selection mail from Mindtree and even gone through client round(comfort call). HR confirmed abt. all salary approvals and releasing offer soon(twice in whatsapp). A question: When a managers say to you this work is of 8 hrs if you are taking 16 then it's your fault.
Aren't you the one hired me after checking my experience and all and giving compensation on that basis. If a person with same experience can work same amount of i do in 8 would he/she work on my compensation?

Hi folks, I have an offer from Deloitte and got selected for a similar role with another company.I haven't mentioned the new company till now as i have an offer with Deloitte ,however told already that there are some in pipeline .Should i mention to HR prior to the salary discussion that i have this offer in hand with package details or should i wait till they mention their budget in the HR discussion. I worked in my current organization for 6 years. After resigning I claimed gratuity from them. But we didn't have a gratuity component shown in our CTC and company is saying since we didn't deduct gratuity from your salary it is already paid with your salary. Can they do that? To find out the "In-hand salary", divide your fixed CTC by 14... You will get your in-hand salary around that.
Please comment on your thoughts if it's the right formula.
Or advise to get it.
