After last month appraisal and promotion, current Package is 13.3 fixed + 5% variable. Having 7.2 Yr exp. Got best offer from Nagarro ASE 25.5 LPA as fixed. To counter, DXC offered 1 Year onsite - Sweden. I will get there 520 SEK per diem +Accom. + travel + Indian Salary. Having 1 kid. Not intersted to leave Indore in the future. Both companies allow permanent WFH. Please suggest.

I accepted a job offer in April to start a few months from now, post clerkship. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got). When should I reach out to the recruitment attorney leading up to my start date? Or should I? (Haven't spoken since May) Should I bring up the salary or just assume its higher?

Presently, I am paid decently in TCS...got offers from KPMG and LTI...but then couldn't accept them and stopped my job search ...

But if at some point when I would feel saturated with the work at TCS...
