Dont't believe the above comment it seems to be HR person asked to clean the company's image. Netcracker is SCAM. company. Famous for hire and fire policy. They do not have any projects in India and your Line manager lacks clarity. If you do not clear your first project interview after joining the company , which is more likely to happen they will disown you and force you to put down papers as if they do not even know you. Russians dominate all the projects in Netcracker and even if by rare chance you get a project, you will be working in a very toxic and nonsupporting team environments. Russians counterpart dominate all the projects and make all decisions , highly toxic work culture. Indian management and Line managers are spineless people here and they do not have any power to make any decision. Join only if you want to be treated as a slave and that is the only option you have or you are jobless, otherwise TCS is 1000 times better from JOB security perspective. I am facing the brunt myself after joining here few months back and regret my decision bigtime. Please check with ex-employees on Linkedin or other websites you will get the idea.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
