not sure of a polished product, by the USPTO provides an API to get at this data (albeit in a very unpolished form). if you are looking for something that may have a small set of matches, it may be worth looking at: https://developer.uspto.gov/api-catalog/uspto-office-action-text-retrieval-api
Adobe does have a decent text recognition. Lexis' PatentOne also provides searchable pdfs of apps and patents. If you don't have access to these kinds of resources, I would start squeaking loudly - they'll save you tons of time.
In Adobe, look for the Export PDF button. Once you click it, you will see options to Export as a Microsoft Word document. Choose that option, and then you will have a searchable Word document.
Note that it’s not always perfect. But it’s worth trying.
