Is there a traveling culture at West Monroe Partners or do they push a lot more local work? Is WMP expense policy, per diems etc. on par with Big 4?

I used to work at West Monroe Partners, it was a great place to work but we were severely under paid. Why cant a management team put the total package together of culture and comp? That would crush.
