So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Is it sign of an Imposter Syndrome 🥺

Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. I've brought this up as graciously as possible with the orgs, but sometimes I feel I'm being guilted into taking on more work. Best etiquette in this situation? I was Listening to a podcast today about people in US tech getting rich from 50k to 100k of annual RSUs in the US that vest over 3 to 5 years then making millions when the company exits.

Wondering if there are similar opportunities in Canada or is it less common to receive a decent amount of equity here?

[help] I have an offer that’s quite good, and they gave me until Monday to decide. I have a final round at another firm on Monday (fastest they can do) that I would prefer, both because of the work and the pay. Is it really bad to accept one offer and then potentially cancel it if I get a better offer a day or two later?

Have my first final round interview! I've already interviewed with the lead of the group, this is another interview with her + the person directly under her.

Trying to level set expectations...are final round interviews more of a gut check to see if you're the right person for the position? Just trying to understand what % of final rounds are successful lol.
