Pay = depends on level and area of focus. Benefits = medical is way over priced, flex PTO (no “defined” limit), travel bonus at certain tiers, cell phone reimbursement for Managers+, performance bonus is mediocre, just to name a few Culture = honestly prob the best culture I’ve seen from Big 4 and slalom Work = really depends on your practice but usually pretty damn exciting and causes you to step outside your comfort zone and branch out to industries/areas you probably typically would have never touched. Post a burner if you want more info

Another laid off case here. Anyone moving out of US considered keeping the 401K as is instead of withdrawing? Any pros / cons to keep in mind ? Pro I see is no penalty and the fact that it'll continue to grow till I turn 65. Con is that it's a decent size amount in my case and I might need some if that cash if I don't get a job soon 🙄

I have a question for those at Amazon or any other FAANG organization. How does your company view transfers/relocations. For instance, you were brought in for a Sr. Mgr role in SF but want to go to DC. Is there an internal transfer portal or do you need to apply for the job? How is this viewed in the company? Thanks!
