I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? I bring a background from the clinical operations of my company, scheduling, field work, and what the average employee faces. I want to look else where but I’m not sure.

How terrible would it be to continue pursuing other job opportunities even after you already accepted an offer? I applied to three different places around the same time but one was able to throw out an offer before the other two would even enter into second interviews. The other two will likely pay considerably more so I feel like it’d be a waste to decline them (if I even get another offer).
