This was very insightful!
Thank you
We are to be on guard and walk in the spirit always.
Let’s be like Christ and walk in faith not fear
I’ll give it to you straight, this is one of the coldest takes I’ve read about end times interpretation. Incredible stretches of the imagination that honestly seem to be you contorting scripture to confirm a narrative that you don’t like Trump. You could just as easily gymnastic your way to Kamala Harris fitting the bill. “Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings.”
Trump is one of two nominees we currently have for president. There is certainly no need to idolize or worship him in any way (that would be expressly wrong) but there are plenty charismatic people with big personalities we might not like. As far as policy and cabinet positions in a much more practical sense, it seems you would need much more mental gymnastics to endorse a party whose main ideas are promoting sinful lifestyles and culture, unthinking abortions and mongering international wars. Unless you’re eagerly trying to usher in end days, it strikes me as irresponsible to vote for Harris under this platform just because Donald’s personality rubs you wrong. My $0.02
Friend, it sounds like you are close minded and judging me. Helping others, respecting others, loving others, all values of the democrat party and the opposite of Trump, who raped a woman.
2. Charismatic Influence Over Followers
• Scripture: Revelation 13:3-4 notes how people “marveled and followed” the Beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”
• Interpretation: Trump’s influence over his base and the widespread loyalty he commands among followers could be seen as resembling the type of influence associated with an Antichrist figure, drawing people to follow and “marvel” at his words and actions.
3. Divisiveness and “Lawlessness”
• Scripture: Matthew 24:10-12 speaks of the “lawlessness” that will abound in the last days, resulting in the love of many growing cold.
• Interpretation: Critics argue that Trump’s divisive language and actions have created social and political divides, which some see as fostering an atmosphere of “lawlessness” or hostility between people.
4. Claiming to be the “Savior” of America
• Scripture: Matthew 24:5 warns of “many coming in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’” deceiving many.
• Interpretation: Though Trump has never claimed divinity, his positioning as a “savior” of American values has caused some people to perceive parallels with the idea of falsely representing oneself as a deliverer or savior figure.
5. Desire for Power and Wealth
• Scripture: Daniel 11:37-38 speaks of the king who “honors a god of fortresses” and does not regard the God of his fathers.
• Interpretation: Some see Trump’s emphasis on wealth, military power, and influence over traditional religious adherence as characteristics that align with this prophetic description.
6. Associations with False Prophets
• Scripture: Revelation 19:20 associates the Beast with a false prophet who performs signs and deceives.
• Interpretation: Trump’s alignment with certain religious leaders and media figures who support him unconditionally has led some to wonder if these individuals could fit the description of “false prophets.”
7. Polarizing Persona Leading to Conflict
• Scripture: Matthew 10:34 states, “I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.”
• Interpretation: Though this verse is about Jesus, the Antichrist is often thought to be a polarizing figure who stirs discord. Critics argue that Trump’s rhetoric often leads to societal unrest and conflict, which some might see as aligning with these characteristics.
8. Use of Economic Influence
• Scripture: Revelation 13:17 speaks of economic control: “that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast.”
• Interpretation: Trump’s focus on economic influence, such as tariffs, trade wars, and sanctions, has led some to draw comparisons, although this interpretation is speculative.

For your encouragement:
1 Corinthians
Does any one of you, when he has a complaint with another [believer], dare to go to law before unrighteous men instead of before the saints
Do you not know that the God’s people will judge the world? If the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to try trivial cases?
Do you not know that we [believers] will judge angels? How much more then matters of this life?
So if you have lawsuits dealing with matters of this life, are you appointing those as judges who are of no account in the church?
I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is not one wise man among you who will be able and competent to decide between his fellow believers, but instead, brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers?
Why, the very fact that you have lawsuits with one another is already a defeat. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?
On the contrary, it is you who wrong and defraud, and you do this even to your brothers and sisters.
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God?
Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate [by perversion], nor those who participate in homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers [whose words are used as weapons to abuse, insult, humiliate, intimidate, or slander], nor swindlers will inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God.
