11 years SDET, how much can I ask in thoughtworks

Hi guys, I have taken an Infosys interview on the 9th of April, on 11 the April HR asked for some documents along with a payslip but after that, I'm not getting any update from HR.
The status of my application is 'review in progress '.
Can anyone please suggest what to do next?

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I’m not bad with money but definitely lots of room to improve overall, due to several personal factors I don’t want to list in full here (numerous unanticipated medical bills, bad boyfriends, etc.) Hence why I only have $3k in savings right now. I'm trying for a switch in a SDET role, but now my current company is offering me the role of a Product Manager. Can anyone share your thoughts on what should I do? Is SDET a better role or a PM as a point of career growth ?
