After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

This sounds like my story. Will quit by end of the year to get control of my life and spend time with my kids and family. Should be able to find something that is more meaningful and satisfying.
It is a common story. I never was so uncertain in 10+ years in ZS.
Best of luck for your journey ahead bro
More power to you!
As a senior C who once saw ZS as my long term professional organisation, seeing the PAMs in such uncertainty and in this mood drives so much anxiety.
I want to understand if this is across ZS or focused on some geographies, where are you based out of - US, JP, IN, EU etc?
Op - 10+ yrs at ZS. Have not seen a single AP/P being let go till date at ZS for bad business. I'm positive ZS leadership is pretty selfish - they won't fire themselves but will gut the mid-level folks like they always do!
What is your designation currently?
I think Ps are the most worried lot. I haven’t seen such mass culling of Ps in ZS in short time. You need the numbers to tell your story, and I don’t have strong numbers yet. I am just having the feeling of a CO message from what I am seeing around.
I thought AP level was more of a learning step to P. Once you make it to AP, the path to P was more or less confirmed.
P.S. I am a manager in year 5 who is thinking about leaving as well.
Absolutely not. These are said well in meetings but in reality, you need numbers. Thats all. Or a strong P backing - to survive at least.
At the end of the day it’s business. Business drives the company and the benefits to offer. If cash flows are down or shrinking it’s natural. Economic environment is such and it’s not easy for you all to bring in the moolah. Don’t blame the firm, as part of firm leadership at AP/P, you’ll have been part of several COs that’s happened at junior levels. Never this crossed your minds then. So it’s just natural and hard fact. These are tough times and I am sure you’d survive the down times. Not fair to blame the firm which I am has stood by you on several occasions in the last 12 years, got you promoted and even settled your onshore. So wiping all the support you have received only because you aren’t able to bring in the business isn’t fair but your situation is equally tough.
Were you put on a plan?
How low are your numbers?
Why do you think so?
Any incidents took place?
Not yet. But the numbers are yet not ‘there’. Its a tough sell out there.
