1st rating - 12-15%
2nd rating - 8-10%
3rd rating - 3-6%

Note : The firm has reduced freshers fixed CTC by 50k for the upcoming campus joiners. Earlier it was 7.5 lpa fixed for Freshers, this year it's 7 lpa fixed.

Do you get a bonus? How much? Do you count it in your salary when posting here?

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/

I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k.
