Current consultant (boutique) with offers at a large ride sharing company (starts with a U) for Strategy/BizOps and a public company in their data consulting division. I am a 2022 MBA graduate working at Deloitte as a consultant. I am a part of their internal strategy team (non client facing role). I have a prior workex as a software developer and I am looking to make a move to Product Management.

I want to understand few things
1. How difficult is it to move to a PM role with no workex?
2. I am getting paid decently here, does PM jobs also pay highly (I am expecting a CTC of ~25-27LPA)
3. How to prepare for the interviews?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. As far as I know the new ascendas office is mokka building like any other it cmpy. Don't expect it to be world trade center level. It's basic one.
