I love it! We need something like this in America for social media and TV. My grandparents told me that in their childhood, tv stations would tun off after a certain time and I wish they would bring that back.
It’s really about parenting, or the lack thereof.

The technology now personalized learning, making it more accessible (in addition to our recent year(s) push for collaborations).
I totally understand adult concerns regarding the need for independent reading at/above grade-level.

I am not proposing this as a solution for USA, simply sharing!
Here’s the rub in the USA, look at our current school systems, teachers, and learners. 🤔
We (USA) received the memo 30+ years ago regarding what was needed to be ready for the 21st C and beyond. 🤔
Does any of this make sense!
I'm curious as to how they would uphold this. How will they know if a child has played a game for more than 3 hours. Will they check their screen times?
