Traveling out to Montana/Idaho/Wyoming early September. First time out west / big sky country. Any recs for activities/food/breweries are much appreciated. Have a rough itinerary that includes a couple different local activities/the national parks.
Thank you!!

Going to Jackson for my 5th time saturday! Great food, beautiful hikes, and amazing wildlife

Add more days in the Tetons and Jackson. It’s one of the most beautiful places in the US. Some of the best hikes, nature and wildlife are this region.

OP can you share your general itinerary? Airbnb/hotel, renting a car? Roommate and I are also thinking of something similar

like

Doing Airbnb for most nights (9 nights total) and used hotel points for a Jackson stay for a couple nights. Doing a car rental through Avis because they were (I think still are) running a promo that waived underage driver fees (my gf and I are both 24). Flying into Bozeman and out of Jackson Hole and essentially spending time in big sky / Bozeman area before driving south to the Tetons. Chose to stay a couple nights in Driggs Idaho which is just over the west side of the Teton range due to it being much cheaper than Jackson which gets quite pricey

Go to the Moo ice creamery in Jackson Hole and get the goddamn Zonker Stout ice cream. Made from a local beer. As good as sex, oh my lord.

Should’ve specified I’ll be in big sky area / driggs Idaho west of the Tetons and a couple days in Jackson

What are you looking to do? Backpacking or just day hiking? What’s your age? How many people are you with?

I wish I had time to swing glacier..planning to go back and spend a solid amount of time there. Near the top of my bucket list

I have interviewed for three different positions within DOJ in the national security sector and I always seem to get passed up. I have prepped extensively and have been my true self. I have also expressed my passion for the work. I used to work at DOJ in another office as an attorney too. I’m not sure if these offices just don’t like me or what I say, but im wondering if anyone has experienced this and how did you improve or get hired in the field?

I am purchasing a home and my boyfriend wants in on the deal as a co-owner. It is only me on the mortgage. We are planning on writing up a co-ownership agreement with a 60%/40% split and yes he will be paying 40% of the mortgage, down payment, and property taxes etc. He wants to be on the title as a tenant in common to reflect that %. Is that fair? I just want to make sure I’m protected but I also understand that if he’s paying all this money, he wants some security as well

I’ve always been aware of a y guy’s “manhood” and don’t emasculate men. I am adamant about financial boundaries; I was taught that men shouldn’t be asking me for money as a lady and I followed this advice. However, in the instance that a partner might have a financial challenge and you sense that because he doesn’t really tell you, is it ok to offer a helping hand without him asking or should you let him communicate his needs and you respond how u can. Thx

Has anyone ever asked to be taken off of an account or project? For months, I've been working with the most difficult client with the most vicious attitude. Most of what they're frustrated about isn't even our fault. I was recently promoted and don't want to make myself look bad, but the thought of doing more work for them makes my stomach turn. Is this a valid reason to be taken off a project? I'm not used to working with such rude people.

Hello, I am a new grad with a doctorate in OT. I just got an offer for a job working at a private school. The offer is 58K with benefits. 15 days PTO. Do you guys think I can negotiate the salary to 70K, which based on my research is the average pay for my level of experience and education? Or is that too much to ask?

It's annoying that most job postings that require you to have experience and proficiency in two languages always offer waaaaay less than the average salary for the level. 🙄
