What you find ‘fun’ or ‘boring’ often comes down to how much you’re learning, growing, and being challenged. A job is what you make of it — not just through the opportunities you’re given, but the ones you seek out.
What parts of a job do you actually enjoy? What parts do you dislike? What drew you to IAM in the first place? What drives you?

I will also say building useful skills and staying open to new opportunities can put you in a strong position to pivot into something more fulfilling.
Hope that helps.
