33 years of working experience in Maintenance and Project field at Petrochemical Synthetic textile plant ,Power Plant Project and currently working in Hospital Sector

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Need serious advice. Been a Digital Strategy consultant for three years, heavy focus on product strategy, research, development. It’s a small but global consultancy (offices in nyc, brasil, colombia). Last whole year been acting as a technical lead on strategy for a team of 40+ consultants across different industries and even sold new projects including new clients considered unicorns. Can I go to MBB as a consultant and/or project lead? My salary is way below average big 4/MBB… don’t have MBA.

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

After 4 years in consulting I think I’ve lost most of the hard skills that made me employable when I first graduated. I know if I stay they’ll continue to diminish so I’m stuck in a hole of buzzword project shithousery. How can I go about fixing this?

Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”

Is it normal for the UX research lead to have a stakeholder workshop (sans designers) to think of concept “thought starters,” then have a separate meeting with the UX design lead to vote on which 1 of 3 concepts to proceed with? My last organization haven’t paid the FnF money to me and many others. I left the org in July 2021 but haven’t received even 30% of the amount. There are more than 20 ex employees who are facing the same issue. No one wants to get involved in a court case and thus there is no pressure on the org. They keep giving excuses of pandemic/resource crunch etc. They hadn’t paid the govt TDS for many years so now all the new revenue is going to pay that. Any suggestions on who to reach out?

One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title.
