Can anyone tell me the difference between a senior and lead validation engineer( no direct reports in both cases) in Pharma/ biotech ? I am not sure what’s the hierarchy and which level must get a higher salary. Or is it just referenced interchangeably in different companies ?

A warning, i have been phished through the premise of a job interview.thats definitely a new low from scammers but verify interviews they plucked my info from indeed and through that got my info, when I got suspicious (after it was too late) I called the "hiring company" (was a real company) and they said i wasn't the only one getting duped. After 6 years as a community manager I feel exhausted. I've noticed my ideas are not innovative anymore. I'm tired of replying to the same inquiries over and over again. I even stopped using social media during my spare time because I can't handle it anymore.
I know burnout is a common thing and you'll tell me to stay away from social media for 5 days or something. But is this a feeling that will one day go away or is this just the end of my career as I know it?
