If someone posts something mean spirited, there’s probably something they’re using to justify their reason. Have you checked in with them to see what it is they like and dislike about their job and come up with ways to help improve their experience, too?
If it isn't against the rules, then i don't know what much you can do about it. If it's mean spirited, then give them a warning.
Tell them: "We understand that this post was not in violation of our terms of service, but we ask that you show more respect and thought when posting."
Remind them that your community should be a space where people can share their perspectives and experiences without judgement or insult, so please keep your comments civil. Thank you for understanding.
Do you have any idea what might be triggering these negative posts? Perhaps if you do, you could address the issue.
