One of our older employees is constantly failing IT's phishing tests. We've given her several warnings and we're now at a point where she will have to face some type of consequence (up to HR). My thing is, she is older and isn't as tech-savvy. Has anyone worked at both an MBB and life science firm? Sometimes I think I would have been exposed to more interesting/ in depth / more drug heavy projects if I went the life science route. Right now I see a lot of org transformation and people / Corp strategy health care cases at an MBB. But not sure which is better when thinking of exit opportunities in pharma. Thoughts?

Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). I’m just having second thoughts as exit opportunities aren’t as prevalent as I thought, the pay/benefits don’t match industry/risk of joint a startup, and I’m not getting the network of a Big4 or MBB
