I am currently working in sopra steria. I will be receiving offer from Accenture 26lpa fixed + 2.6l jb + 7 lakh variable. My current ctc is 19lpa all fixed. I am very confused should i consider this offer or not? I have heare lot of bad reviews about work culture in Accenture. Current company is good for wlb but work quality is very very bad no skill growth. I am in dillema what should i do?
