A little home office motivation.

looking for a room at the beginning of the new year. My home office is by the prudential center but going to be traveling weekly. I’d like something on the not so expesive side. TIA.

Does anyone have a standing desk mat they recommend? I have a large L desk that is convertable and looking for one thst is comfortable to stand on but could also have a chair role over it for when I'm sitting

Design question for my work from home ladies - how did you decorate around a standing desk, large monitors, etc? I find that with a large monitor there’s not so much I can put on the wall without having the monitor partially cover it - especially when the desk moves. I don’t mind if the decor is covered when I’m using it standing, but want it to look nice when it’s lower down. Also find that with the monitor/laptop another square on the wall is too much of the same shape - any inspiration?

Ways to improve focus please? Do ergonomic chairs work or is that just a marketing gimmick

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.

Ladies, advice on sharing an office space with your spouse? I’ve been working in the dining room for months while my husband worked in our (previously my) home office. Over the holidays, he bought two lovely new desks and bookshelves for us to reconfigure the office for both of us to use. I expressed concern that it would not work for both of us to be on calls simultaneously, which he dismissed. Desks were delivered and we started yesterday, and to be frank, it sucks.
