Can anyone at Pwc AC bangalore office confirm if they are reopening anytime soon or already working in hybrid mode? I have an offer from HR who insists that office isn't gonna open anytime soon but not ready to give anything in writing. Given that HR has miscommunicated multiple things (verbally), it is difficult to take them up on their word. I wanted to understand how long before they start calling people back to office.

In my opinion all these youth complaints are just about individuals that maybe have problems related to a lack of experience but do not represent the world's stock of young people. When you were young you probably weren't perfect you're probably still not perfect now, maybe you're more likely to notice it when someone different than you is imperfect but that doesn't mean that you are
@author: Yeah, but unquestioningly doing something is the hallmark of things not changing, which was my point. I think in the next few years, firms are going to have to rethink how to train and retain associates if this trend continues. The juniors (unfortunately) know their worth as frustrating as it is for the rest of us. Until a recession hits anyway.

I have a Gen X/elder millennial legal assistant/secretary who does the same thing. Some legal assistants feel it’s below their pay grade which then asks the question, what do you get paid to do?
meh I have a 35 yr old, solidly millennial junior who refuses to work … so not sure it’s just gen z
