A month ago I started a new job. My new boss has been dragging his heels about getting my contract done. I’ve noticed they haven’t been paying invoices, water bill.. the list was piling up! Today I should have been paid my wage, needless to say he has not paid it and has forwarded my last call to him.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
