As a result of #metoo, it was revealed that now a lot of male supervisors and councillors are refusing to train/guide their female juniors. Most of them don't want the hassle of being accused of sexual harassment.

I get it, but I've been struggling to find a full-time role. I'm currently at both KP and JM, but I can't seem to get a full-time position at either one, so I started applying at other hospitals...

I get where the recruiter is coming from, they might feel you might be having balancing issue and I feel that if you explain how you manage your schedule and reassure them that you can meet the demands of the role you’re applying for, it usually clears up any concerns and tell them you need the extra income also.
In my career in the south and CA, I have known multiple nurses who worked a f/t job and lots of OT or 1 f/t job and a p/t or per diem job. I have known nurses who worked 2 jobs consistently for many years. I've worked for smaller hospitals who make allowance for coming in 30 min after start of shift, or 'whenever they get here' after the shift at their other hospital. Anything is possible. You just have to find the right setting for your situation. Medical workers are the worst about lots of OT and/or more than one job. Nurse since 1996.
