A real need too
It becomes self fulfilling when leadership teams become mostly Arabic speakers. If there’s a mix of backgrounds no need. I find very few places outside certain government ministries or small businesses where it actually is needed.
I get a sense of Arabic speakers using it to favor people from their countries.
I’ve worked here for 10 years, only meeting Arabic was ever needed was when I dealt with MOD.
15-20% of the population speaks Arabic? How did you get that number? It’s almost definitely incorrect
