How to get into IBM ISL from GBS
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I've thought about doing that so many times...at the end of the day I always choose the paycheck over it all though. I guess I'm hoping one day it'll all pay off, I'll be able to rest my hat and get that well-deserved cush job and relax.
This is really interesting! I hear all the time about workers being put in these situations to choose between a new role and lose pay, or stick it out for potentially the worse. Are you searching for new roles that pay better now?
