ACD salary band in Chicago?

Interviewing with Amazon and I am being considered for L4 Program Manager. I have a master’s degree with 4.5 years of experience. Is this common? What is the expected split of compensation for L4 vs L5?

My YOE is 11 years 3 months. Im currently offered 27lpa fixed by X. But PwC India D&A is saying it will offer the same compensation.

But, this offer came after I joined X. X is a service based firm.

Is it good to resign and join PwC

Does Deloitte India provide joining bonus.
If they provide can i know the amount they give?
I'm ready to join in a week and the Hr is telling max 50k

Got an offer from Microsoft to work as a Cloud Solution Architect in a Metro market but working remotely.
Base: 175k
Quarterly Bonus: 15% Target
Annual Bonus: 15% Target
Initial RSU: 50k/4Yr.
Performance based Annual Stock Award: up to 80k/5 yr.
Initial Cash Bonus: None

I am in process of negotiating this higher to see what else they can offer and feel I would like to see the base, initial RSU and the cash bonus be modified. What do you think? Any tips?

So i was seeing the post around Deloitte USI work life balance, culture, hikes and bonuses were comparing to others. Let me tell you, this is the same company which gave me 1 lakh joining bonus, 20k award,10k special compensation, 5k spot award,15k furniture expense, 25k smartphone, 1.5k internet, awesome laptop to work, 15 days covid leaves. A smaller hedge fund is very interested in my friend for their Asst Controller position where the work would be more interesting for them but the organization structure is flat and brand recognition is lower.

How much of a salary increase should they be looking for to jump. Another point is that they've been at their current position for almost 1 year.

I understand that the TC in amazon is a combination of base + sign-on + RSU that vest over 4 years. Keeping that in mind what should I say my range should be? I do not want to low ball it either.
