ACDs and CDs. What were the biggest learnings and adjustments for you when you made the jump from a creative to an ACD role

Tomorrow, I know I will be asked to continue pushing forward with pre planned campaigns that upsell products and services that to groups already in dire straits. After the events of this weekend, I ethically disagree with acting “business as usual”. I’ll raise this with my team, but I anticipate a crossroads with leadership (I am fairly new, younger, junior, woman POC to the org.) If this results and BAU does not change, is it more right to leave my job? Or stay where change is needed?
