Senior creative team salary at a big agency in London? Starting points?

Hello fishes. I'm a MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience.
I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.
Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA

Switching firms. big law to big law (NY to CA). What kinds of things should I negotiate for? Already have 3 offers - 1 with a $20K starting bonus & full EOY bonus w no billable req (but not best opp)

I'm a VP at Union Bank, which just got acquired by US Bank. I work in quantitative analysis. I think by salary is a bit below market for a VP ($120K). Obviously I'd love to make more. Have those of you at heard of any discussions about raises?

Am I crazy for strongly considering doing this? My Mom decided to sell her house and move down here near me in a tier 2 city in terms of cost. Housing options for just herself with her medical conditions just don't see very great. So we found a new home builder in an amazing location with huge lot sizes that also offer "multi-generational" extensions so my Mom can have her own space and I can still have some degree of separation.

Looking for advice. I am thinking about doing a career switch from accounting to SWE. I have always had a passion in tech but was too afraid to make the change. Offer includes RSU’s that vest over 4 years for an IPO. 2 questions - if the company never goes public are they worth anything?
