^just looking for a better experience. 9 months in and not loving it. Happy for you though.

No personal experience but I know some that have tried and failed at trying to get around the policy. Are there some aspects that you don't like (client, travel etc.)
PP: How long has been your total experience? In MC what kind of roles do you do?
All transfer roles at Accenture say you need to be in current role for 12 months. I applied to one when I was 9-10 months in and it wasn't an issue.
Start looking/applying now. By the time you get it approved and whatnot, it'll be 12 months.
