Adding my pay history as a 2020 grad living in a HCOL city. I have no interest in climbing the corporate ladder - I value WLB (35-40hr weeks) and decent pay above all else

2020: 52.5k base, Teacher (horrible WLB, 50+ hr weeks, not eligible for OT pay)
2021: 62.5k base, Receptionist at PE firm
2022: 96k (base+OT), Executive Assistant at MBB
2023: 102k (base+OT), same job as 2022

2024: might hop again - target 115k base. Open to industry/job change suggestions

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I want to take some time off to unwind, finish some personal business, and really prepare for interviews. I would like to hear from you. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance?
