AITA? It’s become a pet peeve of mine when I’m looking at resumes where a PM says that they managed a team of X devs and QA. Unless those people report to you, you didn’t manage them. It’s fair to say you led a scrum team or a cross functional team, etc. I don’t see it often, but just enough that I wonder if it’s fair to me to start pushing back to recruiters about accuracy on resumes they send to me.
