Advice needed for a senior digital planner/buyer. I'm UK based, making an average salary (according to the 2021 recruiter surveys), lead high performance teams on high revenue clients...sleeping 3/4 hours, feeling deflated and watching others at my level cruising while doing less.
I have 3 kids, the money is important but also living in central London doesn't go far on 3 kids. Either way, I feel like I'm giving too much soul for what I earn anyway.
Do I change "me", the "job" or the "industry"?

Hi all, I am a structural engineer looking to pivot to management consulting. I have a PhD in civil engineering and am a licensed PE. Currently I am not finding my profession fulfilling due to many barriers for progress. I have a strong statistics background and am looking to switch to a fast paced career in management consulting. Does anyone have any advice on the optimal way to pivot careers? Am I too late to switch? Should I get a career coach?

What certificates/training should I do in order to apply for a brand manager/marketing manager on the brand side? Almost regretting my choices since I come from a prominent pharma ad agency as an account, and it seems like most brands consider account as sales, and limit pharma transition into non-pharma industry.

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
